Prof. BU Xingkuan

Dr. Xingkuan Bu，Professor of Otorhinolaryngology and MD in Jiangsu Province Hospital, Nanjing Medical University China. He is focusing on Otology and clinical Audiology, and has many awards including the special award from China State Council and the honorary title of the National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Expert.

He has involved the global project of prevention of deafness and hearing loss for thirty years. Currently he keeps positions below: Director of HI / IFOS / ISA Jiangsu Ear and Hearing Center; Vice president of Hearing International (HI); Expert of the Working Group on Prevention of Deafness and Hearing Loss at the World Health Organization (WHO) .

He has dedicated to disseminate and implement the WHO resolution on Prevention of Deafness and Hearing Loss(WHA 70.13), the World Report on Hearing and so on in recent years.
