10th ISEAT Successfully Held in Shenzhen
2025-11-10Return

From November 8th to 9th, the 10th International Symposium on Electroacoustic Technologies (ISEAT) was successfully held in Shenzhen. Since its inception in 2007, ISEAT has been held nine consecutive times. The convening of the 10th session marks the symposium’s entry into a new stage of development — it will be held on an annual basis to build a high-level international exchange platform for electroacoustic technologies.

With the theme of "Immerse in Nice Sound", this year’s symposium brought together experts, scholars and industry elites. Over a two-day period, in-depth technical exchanges were conducted spanning multiple sub-sectors including theater, automotive, personal audio, headphones, home furnishings and smart wearables, covering everything from cutting-edge technologies to product experiences. The event explored the three-tier realm of "nice sound": "audible", "clear" and "enjoyable".

During the symposium, over 2,000 minutes of cutting-edge technical presentations were delivered. Professional AI-powered real-time Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation was provided, and an Immersive Room for immersive audio experience was set up. Two themed forums were held, namely the Automotive Acoustic Innovation Forum "Intelligent Driving Sound Field" and the Nice Sound Forum. Discussions and exchanges were also conducted focusing on the basic industry standards for electroacoustics and the core IEC international standards for loudspeakers. More than 20 enterprises showcased their latest technologies, products and service solutions.

Distinguished experts, scholars, corporate executives and senior engineers from both academia and industry delivered insightful presentations. The on-site interaction was dynamic, with lively exchanges of ideas and a strong atmosphere of academic communication throughout the event.

The Automotive Acoustic Innovation Forum "Intelligent Driving Sound Field" featured presentations covering automotive audio system design, micro-speaker technology applications, acoustic simulation applications, audio effect design, and in-cabin sound aesthetics. The event fostered a strong atmosphere of learning and exchange, inspiring in-depth discussions among participants on creating an ultimate in-vehicle audio experience.

The Nice Sound Forum featured in-depth analysis of professional knowledge covering pro audio, automotive audio, personal audio, televisions, headphones, and the aesthetics of immersive sound. Session participants engaged actively in communication and idea exchanges.

The primary role of standards is to help align the industry’s progress and accelerate the achievement of common goals. The symposium hosted thematic presentations on basic industry standards for electroacoustics and core IEC international standards for loudspeakers. Session participants engaged actively, studied earnestly, and accumulated relevant knowledge, laying a solid foundation for effective interaction and communication with partner organizations. They also put forward constructive opinions and suggestions, contributing their share to improving the industry environment and standardizing industry practices.

Enterprises including AAC Technologies, SATTI, Luxshare Precision and GoerTek Inc. showcased their cutting-edge achievements and future application scenarios focusing on material technology, intelligent manufacturing and proprietary solutions, delivering a series of compelling technical presentations that were met with an enthusiastic response from the audience.
